Self check-in is very fast and convenient. We were able to check-in early and check-out late (with the help from Elisabeth - thank you again!). The place is quiet with a separate ski-equipment storage. At the same time everything was new and very clean. Swimming pool, sauna and relaxation zone on the rooftop were awesome - note, we did not find any house rules regarding swimwear .)

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We were here for a week with our baby and felt at home right away. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right at the piste and easy to reach by car during the summer. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and cozy. The view of the mountains is amazing. The saunas are really nice and clean and it was great to swim in the pool afterwards. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding! The suite was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend everyone to come here. Hope to come back some day!

A very beautiful destination, we were alone on the mountain ridges most of the time. We would definitely like to return. For swimming, we recommend the lake in Zell am See rather than the local swimming pool, which is quite small and completely crowded.

I was attending the World Championships ski races.

I was attending the World Championships ski races. Hats off to the Austrian planners. It was well-organized, fun, exciting. Police presence made me feel safe--not paranoid. Grandstands and viewing places were terrific!

Fantastic place!!!

Fantastic place!!! I was in Saalbach already some years ago and also in other places in Austria such as Kitzbuehl and Lech am Arlberg or St.Anton. But Saalbach is my absolute fav!! Ultra friendly and easy everything !

We went at New Year which means the transfers to Salzburg...

We went at New Year which means the transfers to Salzburg are 2 hours plus and the slopes are busy, but the lifts are fast so the queues were manageable. Plenty of skiing and town is lively without being over the top.

For all those who are visiting saalbach and u want a place with excelent price booking it’s this lovely place : 😍 Pension Lederergütl - Jokercard & Parkplatz inkl U will be in love with the price and the place is nice and clean rooms are nice food is home Made . Go stay in this place . Oh, I almost forgot to mention the hotel is located next to a brick river so so adorable 🥰 you can hear the water running. So peaceful so affordable really nice and clean foo is great for the prize you pay you would not get it anywhere. I love this place.

It's a place where a lot of activities are possible in summer even if you are not a biker. It's a great holiday place for children, but also for adults. Talschluss is absolutely great, the Baumzipfelweg is very fun and learn full for children.

The staff was just amazing! Nothing was asked to much and they went out of their ways to make our stay as perfect as possible. We where greeted with the warmest welcome when we arrived, the next day we had a chat with the receptionist and where given tips for things to do nearby and the girls form the breakfast buffet where also incredibly nice. It has been one of the best stays we had in a hotel for a long time! Hope we will see eachother again. All the best wishes from the Netherlands and thank you again for everything! 🇳🇱

I had an amazing stay at Herzblut. The hotel has a warm alpine charm, but what really makes it special are the people – the staff are more than excellent: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast is another highlight. There’s truly something for everybody - fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of choices to start the day right. All in all, Herzblut combines comfort, excellent food, and outstanding service. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
