The entrance to the hotel was very nicely decorated and welcoming with a small and cosy waiting room at the desk. The reception was also very welcoming and great. The bed was super soft and comfortable with everything we needed in the room. The proximity to ski areas, having a nice restaurant and family friends was also a bonus.

The house is old but all the facilities were pristine. There was a coffee machine and kettle in the room, access to an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms shared between 4 rooms, and the supermarket within a 2-minute walk. Contactless check-in was quick and simple.

great location, easy access from parking. good instructions and quick replies on few questions I had. no breakfast included but several alternatives in nearby cafés. really tidy rooms and friendly owners. just avoid the rush hour from Liechtenstein as you might be queueing for an extra hour

What a great surprise after a long drive and a day's work! Whaouh effect ! High up in the mountains, with a breathtaking panorama, in the middle of the forest, a haven of peace offering peace and quiet, like a cocoon out of time. I was given a very warm and friendly welcome by the owner, Werner. I felt right at home in this magnificent hotel-villa, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. I savored every moment, and was allowed to take advantage of the pool despite my late arrival. Absolute bliss. A royal breakfast, and an almost family-like welcome in the early morning. My only regret was not arriving earlier. Many thanks to both of you for this interlude of well-being.

We liked the location very much with an easy access to a lovely town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was welcoming and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of fresh produce. A garage was close by with easy access to the hotel.

Rankweil is a town that's showing its age.

Rankweil is a town that's showing its age. Of the five best restaurants listed for this location on Google, only the golf course resort is recommendable. There must be an inconspicuous or disguised speed camera in the 20 km/h zone near the train station. We were flashed twice within an hour for only slightly exceeding the speed limit. The banks close at midday.

We were actually just on our way back from a holiday in...

We were actually just on our way back from a holiday in Italy and were visiting friends in Rankweil, with whom we've known each other for decades. Besides the basilica, the abundance of excellent restaurants (including some with Michelin stars) is particularly noteworthy and always makes a visit worthwhile.

I can't say much about Rankweil myself, but I've often explored the area privately on my motorcycle, and if you're a bon vivant like me, then you simply have to love Rankweil, its surroundings, and its locals with their culinary delights....

Really nice and well-kept town, we were very surprised.

Really nice and well-kept town, we were very surprised. Lots of imaginative playgrounds for children including the possibility of splashing in the clean stream flowing through the town. Above the town there is a beautiful castle/cathedral, cemetery, meditation garden. Everything is worth a walk, everything is absolutely picturesque.

Excellent Hotel. Everything was perfect but especially staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quite obvious that they love their job and ready to help whatever is the requirement. I am extremely satisfied with the hotel. Apart from that facility is new, clean and neat. Rooms are decorated in a very modern way. I am recommending without any doubt for any kind of accommodation.

Great place, room was huge everything was so clean. Shared bathrooms and toilets were so clean and always available. We didn't use but I saw fully equipped kitchen also. We parked in front of the hotel for free. A lot of books to enjoy. Great balcony. Close to everything such as grocery stores. I liked this place a lot.

Pretty good hotel close to Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We were there for one night on our road trip. This one was one of the last available hotels in the area which looked well and was for decent price. Overall, nice experience.
