Personable and friendly staff who were always helpful. Quiet location (in a village) and only 15 minutes on the bus to Salzburg centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast, super comfortable bed, spacious spa area with 4 different spa types and areas to relax. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the owners (family owned) obviously take a great deal of pride in making sure everything is perfect for their guests. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Was nice to have recommendations for a variety of restaurants. Great comfortable and spotless rooms. Breakfast selections were great and eggs made to order was a nice touch. Location is good, slight walk to the center but still well connected.
