We stayed at the hotel in Hochkönig for a weekend with our family and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered an incredible view of the mountains. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Natrunbahn lift, which takes you up to Prinzensee, the children’s playground, and a nice restaurant. Everything is very close and easily accessible. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruits — a great way to start the day! It was also very convenient that the Hochkönig Card was included in the price — a great bonus! We would definitely love to come back again!

This was one of the coolest hotel experiences. Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.

Absolutely amazing hotel with staff that made the stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome (though we were later than expected due to weather), to the personal and individual service though there were two large functions at the same time during our stay. The staff made us feel at ease and comfortable, and always made us feel like they had time for us. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. The food was delicious with many options to choose from for all meals. The spa and pool were very well maintained and clean, with very professional massage services. The work rooms were great with good sound proofing, multiple plugs for charging and very comfortable chairs. The small details in everything, to ensure comfort for the guest, were very well thought out!

Great to get a summer pass that included free bus travel to various local hikes/cable cars and the lifts were free also with the pass, like the bus service. It was great not to use our car. The twon is cute and clean. A little small.

Maria Alm, shall be connected with other Ski areas in the region - the skipass Hochkoenig is more expensive and offers nothing spectacular apart of the fact that you can also use the ski areas 150 km away (but who cares ???) I was very dissapointed that Saalbach / Hinterglem / Leogang and Maria alm are so close but you have to buy separate skipasses . That is nothing you expect. In my opinion it is a big a disadvantage. All the rest ok

Spotless clean, lovely apartment, with a very well equipped kitchenette. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We received Hochkonig Card which gave us free access to many local services, eg. mountain railway, outdoor swimming pool, and many others which didn`t have time to use. The village is lovely, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great place for holiday.

Only 400m to get to the Natrunbahn that connects the Charlet with the whole Hochkönig ski area; we used the sauna to relax after a skiing day; very clean and spacious apartment; balcony with view at the slope; essy access with key card; we were even allowed to stay longer than the check-out since nobody booked the apartment after us - that was a nice surprise 🥰

The very nice vibe, great decoration a mix between Austrian style and modern vintage accents, the very nice breakfast and excellent diner but most overall the very nice team. At a 10-minutes walk of the Natrun cable lift which is offered when staying in the hotel which allows you to go up as much as you want to admire the beautiful nature.
