There were several welcome things we didn't expect. I don't want to spoil what these were, so others will be surprised as well. ;) The apartman was really clean and tidy. Parking was "reserved" and right at the entrance, so we only had to carry our luggages for about 6 meters. Our hosts even offered the courtyard, their trampoline for our kids and even the barbecue spot. I highly recommend for anyone who is going to this part of Austria.

Great size for 4-5 people according to kitchen size and if you don’t want anyone sleeping in the living room. Apartment has all the basics for comfortable stay - napkins, coffee, hairdryer and so on. Great restaurant few meters away with good prices. Close to some ski resorts (30-40min drive).

Excellent and very friendly hosts! We had to reschedule our arrival time three times because we got stuck in traffic between Slovenia and Austria in the mountains and were driving slower than usual. In the end, we arrived close to midnight, but the host kindly met us at the house, handed over the keys, and gave us a short introduction to the apartment. I definitely recommend this place as it’s located not far from a famous village, making it easy to get there early and avoid the tourist crowds :)
