Everything, from look of hotel, staff to room. Great staff, really helpful and positive. Hotel with its pop art looks like something that should be in high end location. Room is really big, high quality materials, spacious, spotless clean, quality water and shampoo for guests. Towels, sheets, everything was perfect. Also breakfast was really nice.

We had such a perfect stay at FACT Apartments, hosts are truly kind and caring. The Apartment has everything you may need, including the dishwasher. Saunas are available in the garden area and could be shared among the guests, but it is also possible to have all the privacy needed, based on what you're looking for. I higly reccomend this location not only for its comfort but also and mostly for the owners kindness - as we arrived, we found bowls and snacks for our tiny wiener dog, too!

First of all, it is a very nice buiding and splendidly furnished inside, with every detail and some very old objects used in old times. The rooms are comfortable with a lot of space around and with a balcony. They have a very big garden with playground for children, the pool, barbicue, hammaka and other chairs to feel comfortable. In front of the pension there is a nice terrace to relax and spacious parking lot. They provide great breakfast. And especially Léon and Anja are such a nice couple, they will take care of you and will make you feel really welcomed. Even though we stayed just for one night, it was a special experience. The place is nice, you can visit many lakes in Carinthia, there are beautiful forests everywhere, ideal place for some walking or hiking.
