An amazing hotel, the service is great, the rooms are cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. It's a bit outside the city on some hill, so you better be with car or ready to walk a little bit to the nearest bus or s-bahn station, but it's worth every step, the view is just astonishing and the place is so quiet and picturesque.

The hotel was great our family room was massive, very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa and pool facilities were great and the kids loved the pool and so nice that it is still warm when outside in the cold.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. Gentle Hide exceeded all my expectations! The breakfast was the best spread I’ve ever encountered, with fresh and delicious options that set the perfect tone for the day. The staff were truly exceptional. Andrea and Miriam at the front desk were the friendliest and always made sure we had everything we needed. Anastasia, who managed the buffet, was so sweet and ensured we were well taken care of every morning. Vivian, the owner, was incredible! We had a wonderful conversation about the history of the hotel, and she even shared some great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. The rooms were cozy and just the perfect size, offering both comfort and a snug, homey vibe. I also loved the sleek design of the hotel, which added a modern touch while keeping everything warm and inviting. The hotel’s location is super accessible, with everything just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. What made the experience even more special was the warm and homey atmosphere. Gentle Hide truly felt like a home away from home, with the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone looking for a personal and memorable stay!
