beautiful, clean, green, massive room with beautiful traditional Austrian/Bavarian feel, just as was expected by pictures. the wellness, the multiple saunas and steam rooms with different styles and temperatures was just amazing in this cave style wellness maze. such a refreshing and relaxing holiday!

a) The host Family Leitner allowed us a late check-in despite Restaurant closing-hours around 21:00, they said no problem. b) Mrs. Leitner had kept a lost item for me from my last stay, i had'nt even thought of I copuld have lost in this place. lovely. c) Mr.Leitner cooked me some fluffy scrambled eggs upon request, which was ideal, because I don't do Carbohdrates any more (now from 1 year) and lost 12,5 kg of weight by this measure: no bread, no potatoes, no noodles, nothing from wheat or other regular grain ... !!! I feel so much better, no brain-fog, no leaky-gut, no IBS!

An amazing hotel, the service is great, the rooms are cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. It's a bit outside the city on some hill, so you better be with car or ready to walk a little bit to the nearest bus or s-bahn station, but it's worth every step, the view is just astonishing and the place is so quiet and picturesque.

Excellent boutique hotel. Staff were fantastic, and we’re happy to store our luggage when we arrived early. The honesty bar outside the rooms was really handy and you could help yourself to free tea and coffee.

The staff and hospitality, the effort they made to speak to me in English, they even brought me breakfast out to the patio, everyone else was inside the dining hall, I wanted to enjoy the nice fall weather, by the way the breakfast was easily worth $35.00

We stayed here as a family, had a marvelous time, explored the area and had easy access to Salzburg and surroundings. This is a wonderful unit ample space and tranquility is on top of the list. Excellent service and well equiped self contained kitchen.

A wonderful hotel with a great location, 10 minutes by car to Salzburg, 20 minutes to the lakes. Everything is of the best quality. Very friendly and caring staff. If you need something, ask and you will receive it immediately. Very clean rooms, we had air conditioning, a refrigerator, varied and tasty breakfast. In the lobby free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. at any time. Also in the lobby there is a refrigerator with alcoholic and soft drinks at a very reasonable price. Sauna, bike rental. We got free car charging.

Great guest house, near to cosy village.Supeior hospitality, clean and wide room.Delicous breakfast accompanied by birdsongs in a peaceful saloon.Location is great if you are driving from Vienna direction by a car. There is a bus station so close to guest house. So it is so easy to arrive to Salzburg by bus. On other hand great hub point to visit lakes which has clear water arround this region.It was a wonderful feeling to drive serenely through hundreds of farms among lush forests and pastures.

The hotel is only a 15-minute bus ride from Salzburg's center. It is a typical Austrian family hotel featuring traditional style, a nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, a wonderful setting, and very friendly and smiling staff.
