We always try to stay in a boutique hotel when we travel. This ticks all the boxes from room to facilities and the most friendlies of staff. Close proximity to restaurants and if you're lucky enough to be there on a Friday, a fresh produce market in the town square just outside the front door. The location was perfect. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was very good.

Perfect Hotel for the Dregenzer Festspiele, right by the concert venue. Incredibly welcoming staff, very well organised. Great breakfast, nice rooms, all the amenities. Highly recommend.

This friendly and hospitable hotel enjoys a central location in the heart of Bregenz, only a few steps from the train station.

Loved the room and the location of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, beds was comfortable and the location of the hotel was just a stone's throw away from the city center, the train station and the Harbour port. The lady at the front desk (I regret not getting her name) was an extremely helpful and service-oriented lady. She was immaculate. When we arrived, she ran over to help me with our bags and the check-in process was so family-like. Seeing that we were out of town visitors, she gave us a very good overview on Bregenz and even suggested sights for us to see. One of those in Lindau, which I had no idea about at all till she mentioned it. We followed up on her suggestion and it was the best idea ever. We had a great time in the Christmas Markets in Lindau all thanks to her, I'm very thankful that she cared.

The room was modern , very clean , fantastic view of the mountains and all the necessary facilities were available. Super in-house restaurant The 5 course tasting menu and wine pairing was expertly prepared and delicious. The owners were extremely pleasant and very accommodating.

Nomen omen. Hotel Kaiser and I felt like "Kaiser". Really amazing experience - Hotel is situated in the center close to all attractions as well as the railway station. The room was clean and comfortable, I appreciate the fridge and fan, moreover, a bathtub with a whirlpool was a great surprise to me. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Really amazing experience.
