We had a truly wonderful stay at Zugspitz resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the amazing staff. The entire hotel is clearly designed with families in mind – everything was spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. There were plenty of activities for the kids, all thoughtfully planned and well-structured. Our children absolutely loved every moment and are already asking when we can go back! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. It really made us feel at home. The surroundings were peaceful and stunning – beautiful views and a strong connection to nature added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the food – everything was delicious. You could really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. This is truly a special place, where families are genuinely cared for and kids are treated with such love and attention. We loved our experience and can’t wait to return!

Arrived early and check-in was done without any delay. Private parking was easily available outside. Selected the option of Half-board. Room was big enough with all the amenities. The balcony had a beautiful Panoramic view of the mountains. A complimentary water bottle was provided in the room. Midday snacks were provided from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. In the evening, a dinner was provided at the hotel which was included in the Half-board. Overall a very nice family-run hotel with an excellent service.

Biberwier is part of the Zugspitze area, just after the border with Germany. You have to pass part of the Fernpass and that is sensitive to traffic jams but in general, easy to access. Biberwier is a small village but in the neighbourhood, there a sufficient place for dinner and drinks.

It's a small quiet village, very close to Lermoos and Ehrwald. You can walk all around in the fields, hike up the mountains or cycle. Only problem was to walk there in the night, as the fields are completely dark and there is no lighted path between the villages. Still, the biodiversity of the Zugspitze Arena is quite impressive and there are lots of beautiful views around.

Clean and very well located apartment.

Clean and very well located apartment. Very poorly equipped kitchen. This apartment, ordered and confirmed via Booking for 5 people, according to the owner, is not for 5 people, but only for 4 people. An unpleasant surprise for those who arrive and find out that the 5th person does not have a bed.

It's a small, quiet village, located between Lermoos and Ehrwald. Easy access for getting around. For groceries, we shopped at the SPAR supermarket about 3km away, easily accessible by car. The staff are very welcoming; people greet each other, and communication is easy (we speak English).
