My goal was to be in a picturesque mountain setting and enjoy 2 quiet days away from the city life. Whoever wants to do that, you will be at the right place. Its a beautiful new property. Amazing gym and pool. Everything was great ! The close by Castle Hollengg is worth a visit and the Wolfgangi Kirche for the view! The area also has super nice wineries. The staff is very nice at the hotel and the breakfast was a dream. I will be back.

Very quiet place. I arrived late at night when there was no one at reception, but the key of the room and the check-in form were waiting for me. I could use the sauna, I was alone, it was great after a long trip. Room size is much larger, than usual. The breakfast was nice. The staffs were very kind and smiling in the morning.

Very nice hotel for a pleasant stay. In the middle of Stainz with everything on walking distance and a nice view on the Schloss. The room and equipment is very clean and tidy, no sound from outside, and fitted with good materials and furniture. The personel is very friendly and helpfull and breakfast... is delicious! Nice to start a day with such an experience. It has a lot services and facilitys to use if you would like to. I didn't use wifi, so I can't judge that.

Super friendly and accommodating owners and personnel. Though the hotel could benefit from some TLC (paint, shower partially calcified) this is a small pearl in Schilcherland/Stiermarken: absolutely worth to check in, and check it out ;-) Specifically the food and wine offering is special: The chef dares to "experiment" with local products, offering a more than expected dinner quality.

You feel like you are stepping back in time to a ghost filled 1920s hotel. The walls are adorned with gilt framed paintings giving and step back in time feel. Rooms were comfortable and I believe a balcony for every room overlooking woodland and town park. Very peaceful.
