I cannot recommend this property highly enough. My experience was great from start to finish. Check in was easy, smooth and efficient, even for me as a non Spanish speaker. Shout out to Kevin for his help with getting me settled in. The room was first class, exceptionally clean and well equipped. For anyone who enjoys their tech, the iPod which can be used to set the room facilities and find out more about the hotel, its services and Ushuaia itself was a great addition, along with the ability to WhatsApp with reception to order breakfast etc. Speaking of breakfast, there were all kinds of options, from the traditional, through to healthy option. They even had a vegan option. You can enjoy it looking out at the great views from the property. The staff were also very friendly, kind and professional. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

The room was exceptionally clean with a spacious and extremely comfortable bed. The staff were outstanding, the view from the hotel was amazing, with the Beagle Straits and the Chilean Andes right in front and the Argentine mountains surrounding us. Although about 4 kms from the city centre, the location was, to us, ideal. Shuttles 3 times a day were convenient and taxis to and back to the city centre or airport cost only about $4 each way making a car rental unnecessary unless driving out much further is part of the plan during one's stay in Ushuaia. But there are tours that would take care of that. It was quiet and tranquil. Food at their restaurant was good and very decently priced. We loved everything about this boutique hotel, which was real value for money. Like all the boutique hotels in Argentina we stayed in, it didn't come with bedroom slippers (which would have been handy for the tiled floors especially in winter) so pack some if you don't like the feel of cold or hard flooring. And like all the other boutique hotels here, there are no coffee making facilities or ironing boards in the room. We would definitely stay there again when back in Ushuaia.

Loved the place. Room was nice and warm and the shower was very good. Hernan could not have been more helpful. Got me a sim.in the local shop and helped me set it up. Interesting place with good facilities and tourist information. Prison Museum has a lot of topics and needs a couple of days to do it justice(!). trips out to local places are easy, the National park is a good day out and shuttle busses to hikes work well.

This was an exciting place to explore prior to our cruise departure. Enjoyed taking the reasonably priced shuttle for a day of hiking at the nearby national park, Tierra del Fuego. A package or QR code of nearby tourist information (eg. Suggested types of restaurants, where the information centre is, etc. ) would be a lovely edition in the room.

Tourist city that still retains its gutsy character. When the clouds lift the views are breathtaking - but be prepared for the all weathers! Excellent food, drink and welcomes throughout. People were lovely. Great for nature-lovers and foodies.

The end of the world is well worth a visit.

The end of the world is well worth a visit. If you don't plan to go skiing, 3-4 days are enough to see the main spots. I wouldn't recommend a longer stay as there is not that much to see. Great restaurants available, I would definitely recommend Paso Garibaldi, amazing dinner there. You need to do a boat tour of Beagle canal, seeing the Sea lions, penguins, birds, Faro Les Eclaireurs, it's a must. Nice hike up to Glaciar Martial. The Train of the end of the world and the National Park are great adventures. Overall, a great trip I would recommend, but I preferred other spots in Patagonia, especially Bariloche.

We went in the winter, so days are shorter (sunrise closer to 9am) and dark by 5:30. There is a lot to see and do, and very worth while and unlesse you are planning to ski, 3 days is enough. Keep in mind that tours (in the winter) have pick-ups around 8am, so bookings must be made in advance or the day before (once you arrive). We waited to book to see weather conditions. There is a lot to see and do!

Would have liked to explore the town centre more. Also couple of trips from Ushuaia - to lakes, the glacier and a boat trip to the lighthouse. Probably four to five days. Maria Lola was great for dinner. Ramos General's El Almacen is worth a visit.

Nice and funny hotel close to the center. It is located in residential area so the short walk from the center is very nice - some beautiful gardens and interesting houses. Although the hotel is not new, the rooms are comfortable.

Great location on a hill with nice view over Ushuaia. Lounge and the restaurant of the hotel are great. The rooms are comfortable but a bit outdated and warm (february). Breakfast is basic but fine.
