The property is impeccable, authentically rustic, set on several acres of manicured lawns interspersed with local flora. The wide verandahs are inviting, particularly at sunrise and sunset. The proprietor has installed an Australian tank, which he has converted into a large circular swimming pool, set among trees. Perfect to cool down after an energetic walk, or to exercise in following one of the delicious home cooked meals.

We spent 6 nights here in January 2023. It is exactly our kind of hotel and area. The owners of the hotel, Fabricio and Patricia, and their Augustina, were some of the most hospitable people you could hope to meet. Fabricio worked his whole life in National Parks across Argentina and has good knowledge of the birds and local wildlife, if you have any questions, go to him! They will help arrange anything you need (boat tours, walking tours, transfers) and look after you like you are family. The vibe generally is very relaxed, there is a swimming pool to cool off on hot summer afternoons, and a BBQ area if you want to cook at the property. Breakfast is great, with delicious home made jams and marmalades as well as toast, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed juice, coffee etc. The reserve is just a gem. Not too many tourists and loads and loads of wildlife.

Everything is lovely. The place is charming, the hosts (Pedro & Claudia) are an absolute delight and soooo passionate about their hotel and the Esteros. The food was good, the beds were comfortable. The daily activities were relaxing, educational and the enormity of the Esteros really is something to behold.

Lovely relaxed place. right on the edge of the wetlands. Free use of bikes, which was brilliant as National Park and other places were accessible by bike. Boat trips were amazing, so much to see and spent ages around where the capybaras and caimans were.

The Ibera wetlands are a nature lover's delight .

The Ibera wetlands are a nature lover's delight . Phenomenal variety of birds , lots of caiman and capybaras , some fox . Clear night sky . The gravel road can be rough on your tyres & suspension , so make sure they are in good shape. Fill up gasoline at Posadas before reaching here , tho there is an informal stockist who will charge you more in case needed . Mobile signal non-existent , so ensure you download offline maps in advance . Wifi was great .

Pure, unspoiled nature.

Pure, unspoiled nature. No pollution from large groups of people. An excellent place to explore and connect with the local flora and fauna. You won't be disappointed. You can see a lot of native animals without having to go far, even on the way there or back. The Casimiro Guest House is incredible. Surrounded by nature. A unique place to disconnect.

Very nice places, the walk to see the howler monkeys is recommended (best done between 6 and 7 pm). Beautiful views from the Costa Brava Bar's footbridge that extends beyond the Delirupy Lounge. The drinks at the Bird Bar are excellent. The food at Dalmacio Bar is recommended; the service from Melissa (if I remember correctly), the owner's wife, is excellent.

It's the ideal place to explore the Iberá wetlands, their flora and fauna. Here you'll find one of the gateways to Iberá National Park, with an interpretation center, walkways, and docks for boat tours. Nature here is abundant. The town is small, but offers camping, cabins, and a restaurant.

For those of us who love nature, flora, fauna, the natural...

For those of us who love nature, flora, fauna, the natural world, and prevention, it's an ideal place. You learn a lot and it's a source of pride to be in Argentina. The local people are wonderful, hospitable, and incredibly respectful.

A very peaceful, quiet, and well-kept place where nature takes center stage. The people are very friendly; everyone greets you. An ideal spot for those who enjoy walking, birdwatching, watching the sunset over the lagoon, and being surrounded by wildlife.

Loved it here, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it’s very clean and nice facilities, and the food was very nice. The hotel is well located for the national park and the staff transported us to and from the park for excursions as we didn’t have a car. They also organised private transfers for us which was a really easy process (though a long journey from either posadas or Mercedes due to the roads)

Airconditioning and some meals , bottled water , yours included. We didn't speak Spanish but the hotel receptionist was so nice and used Google translate to talk to us. A tour for each day was organised for us, we stayed 3 days and did 2 boat tours and a walking tour. Compared to other hotels which are all inclusive it was half the price but maybe not as convenient.

The hotel has a beautiful garden. It's full of flowers and birds. I booked the boat trip on Laguna Ibera, it was incredible, don't visit Colonia Carlos Pelligrini without taking this excursion!
