We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. We had a pleasant stay at Kuma for just one night and really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too. The kitchen and the nice lady at reception as well as the staff at the restaurant are definitely a reason to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gyumri.

Everything. The stuff is really friendly and actually speaks english so we were able to comunicate. The hotel is a 1-2min walk from the main square. There is a secured parking behind the building. The breakfast was actually one of the best we had. There is a kitchen that you can use and you can always have a coffee, the, so perfect for longer stays.
