We were very comfortable staying at Seva Guesthouse. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We could get hot water from the kitchen and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning with view on Mount Aragat :) The owner can help you with reserving a spot at the space observatory if you want. And we could leave our bags while we were exploring the region. Can recommend!

Everything was excellent, from the bedroom views to the plate of fresh fruit from the orchard and the big breakfast. The owner kindly minded my backpack while I went for a hike up on the hills after I checked out. Look forward to going back, highly recommend too anyone staying in the area.

Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

This is a fantastic guest house in the bigger property. The house has 3 rooms on the second floor, and a kitchen and a luxury living/dining room on the first floor, with fireplace and everything. There are balconies in some rooms, you may see Ararat in a good weather from there. And there is a big terrace on the first floor for dinner and breakfast. You can feel the love and effort that was put into building all of this. The territory is big, all green, with 3 small ponds. There are frogs on a sunset, and very quiet at night. The hosts served me a dinner at evening for the extra price, and it was very good. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. I was well prepared to get climbed to Aragats North Summit. Thank you very much, Levon and Nora -- I'll come back.
