The Grand Resort Jermuk Hotel meets the highest standards of comfort and quality. We were at the hotel for 3 days with a treatment program. We liked everything. We did not see any disadvantages. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The treatment is done by experienced professionals. Kind smiles, quality service - that's what we saw at this hotel. Jermuk has an unusually beautiful nature. The mountains, the grand waterfall, the mountain river, and lots of trees create a special atmosphere of rest. I've stayed in other sanatoriums and hotels with more delicious cuisine than in this hotel. But everything is edible, the assortment varies. There are a lot of national dishes. I would especially like to mention the friendly attitude of the staff towards the guests from different countries. These are guests from India, Russia and other countries. It's very nice.

We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!

I'd stayed previously in another, more expensive, hotel in Jermuk, which I enjoyed but, WOW, this one was amazing. The entire venue looks swish and new, and my room was warm and comfy with superb WiFi and a huge SmartTV. The room was well stocked daily with both still and sparkling water. Breakfast was a great buffet with many options. I'd booked fully inclusive as I knew Jermuk had little in the way of restaurants. OMG. Dinner was an absolute and utter feast. I felt guilty every night that I left so much of the amazing food they brought. There was a plethora of salad options, along with several meats and cheeses, a selection of fruits, plus several cooked items and heaps of bread, butter and other items along with a carafe of compote and several bottles of water. The staff speak a little English, and I speak no Armenian or Russian, but that wasn't an issue. The reception staff speak good English and were very helpful. The room has lots of sockets, including different USB ports. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed (I've been on the road for nearly 10 years) that has USB-C ports as well as USB-A. I booked the hotel as I had a lot of work to do and wanted somewhere quiet for a few days. This hotel was perfect! I stayed in my room for most of the day, working, relaxing and watching TV. It was a great break from all my usual hectic travels.

Jermuk is small but very charming, with a lot of opportunities for hiking. The road to the largest Armenian waterfall is surprisingly well-done and has a lot of interesting views on the way. The free mineral water fountains were a pleasant surprise. And city folk is very nice and helpful. Extra points for lizards - there are some nice places where you can find a lot of them and they are super cute!

The city nicely surprised us with cleanliness, peace, calmness and beauty. Roads and pavements were neat and tidy, trees and lawns well groomed, air fresh, people kind and friendly. No potholes, no trash, flowers everywhere. Special thanks to the mayor and municipality employees for their hard work, for taking care of this Arminian gem, city of hot springs and mineral water, Jermuk.

The environment is great.

The environment is great. Nice waterfalls close by and historic places. The area is located at a relatively high altitude. Several people who normally already have an elevated blood pressure had very high blood pressure in this area. It takes some time to adapt.
