From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who made me feel instantly at home. The receptionist greeted me by name—a thoughtful touch that left a lasting impression and made me feel valued and recognized as a returning guest. The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Throughout my visit, the staff’s commitment to making guests feel welcome was evident. They consistently offered friendly, attentive service, creating a genuine atmosphere of warmth and care. Whether it was a quick smile, helpful recommendations, or prompt responses to requests, the team at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in the city. I had an amazing stay at Metropol Club House! 🤗From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel has a stylish and modern design, and everything was spotless.🤩 The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very cozy. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, allowing me to rest peacefully. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes.🍳Breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offers extra services like airport transfers and tour arrangements, which made my trip even more convenient. A huge thank you to the Metropol Club House team for their exceptional hospitality! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.😉❣️
