The place was very clean, it was open yet still private, and the staff were extremely friendly. Mary was especially helpful and can speak English. It's located a little outside of the center of the city, but I could still get to Downtown Yerevan easily by bus or taxi. I'd definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Armenia.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area — not right in the center, but very close to it, with everything easily accessible. The host was amazing — thoughtful, attentive, and provided clear self check-in instructions. There was even a lovely welcome treat waiting for us! ✨ The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and feels like a little cozy island where you instantly feel at home. The host kindly mentioned that the building is still under construction, but that didn’t bother us at all — as a photographer, I actually loved it! It was a real surprise to find such a stylish and soulful apartment in a place like this. The peace, atmosphere, and special energy of the apartment were worth everything — it feels like being in the mountains, yet the city center is just around the corner.
