We got great service at the reception, they had many recommendations about sighseeing, restaurants etc. and they helped out in every question we had. Breakfast was good and fresh, great start for the day. Really close to the beaches and restaurants, not too far from the bus stop either. Room was super clean and balcony view to the ocean was perfect! Housekeeping did excellent job as well. We enjoyed sunsets every evening in our own balcony.

This is not just a hotel, but a place with a soul. The owner is an incredibly sincere person with a wonderful attitude, making you feel like a truly special guest. The atmosphere is unforgettable, and the service is top-notch. The restaurant offers exceptionally delicious cuisine! I would especially like to mention Goni and Joti – their service was a pleasant surprise; they create real comfort and set the perfect mood during dinner. Breakfast is also very tasty, and the waiter who served it was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location – just a 3-minute walk to the sea, with a supermarket nearby. Here you truly feel cared for and surrounded by a special atmosphere. It was a vacation that will stay in your heart.

The hotel is wonderful. All rooms have a wonderful view of the sea. The room is perfectly clean, there was daily cleaning and changing of towels. Pleasant staff, very friendly people. The impressions remained very positive. The food in the hotel is very tasty, this applies to both breakfasts and food from the menu, a big thank you to the chef. We spent a lot of time by the pool, there is a very beautiful garden. The beach is very close, 2 minutes. The sea water is clean, but the place near the beach is not clean. There is a beach closer to the center, it takes 15 minutes to walk there from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Porta Ksamil. The staff went above and beyond to help organize a small birthday surprise for my friend, which made our trip even more special. The breakfast each morning was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The room was large and clean. We had a private balcony that over looked the pool. The breakfast was wonderful and fresh. Everyday we were offered something different and there was always some traditional food included. The staff were incredible. So friendly, so helpful and very kind.

Our stay in Ksamil could not have been in a better place. The hotel opened 2 weeks prior to our arrival but everything was perfectly set up for our stay to go perfectly.
