After the renovation, this hotel has a potential of **** as far as I am concerned. I'm curious what it will be like in May and June because I'm going to book with my family for that period. Breakfast was great, dont change, good concept.

A beautiful, small hotel with charm and character. The building is a renovated old house, transformed into a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing hotel. It retains its historical charm while offering modern comforts. The rooms are well-equipped, featuring good air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a properly outfitted bathroom. The on-site restaurant is excellent, serving delicious meals. Breakfast is included, and in our case, it was served à la carte. The options were convenient, plentiful, and absolutely delicious. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city Durres, surrounded by remnants of the ancient city. It sits on a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Aquila D. The room was very clean and cozy, and the location is great – right in the center, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was fresh and simple. Would happily stay here again!

The place was wonderful, ithe room was nice and very clean . We arrived at 03.15, but that was not a problem. The owner came and helped us. He and his staff are very friendly and they will help you with everything. Also with parking if needed. I was happy with the small rental car. The breakfast ( a la carte) was delicious and you could order what you want. And after breakfast you could go for a walk on the beach. I highly recommend this place. .

It's a brand new hotel, the staff was lovely, (we could communicate enough with English with them), the breakfast selection was simple but really tasty. The room basically didn't had any drawers but I didn't mind it. Great shower, facilites were new and functioning. A modern look in the middle of town, I was really surprised. Good air conditioning too, could keep the room cold in August weather just fine. It has an design just like my taste so i really felt at home. TV was an android tv, I could watch Netflix, YouTube, everything I wanted, they really thought out their rooms to the modern traveler. They gave some water bottles to drink every day, that was also cool and considerate of the owner. The bathroom mirror lights were also a really nice touch. The location was central, near some of the historic sites from Dürres. Could walk fine from the port to there with luggage with wheels. They also provided breakfast on our day of arrival for a small fee and kept the luggage before check-in so we could explore the city.

I really liked the hotel. Recently renovated, everything is very aesthetic, both in the room and in the corridors and at the reception. Everything is thought out down to the details. Aesthetes will definitely like it. Very friendly staff ready to help with any question you may have, which is very important, when you are in this area for the first time. Convenient location: there is a supermarket in the next building, opposite a bakery and pastry shop, the beach is within walking distance, although I liked the beach on the pier, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk, which is also not far. There are also a lot of restaurants, ice cream shops and other shops on the embankment. 30 minutes by car to the airport. I recommend.
