The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the location is incredibly charming—set within the historic part of Berat Castle, yet everything inside the hotel Is new. The breakfast was abundant and very delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh, local options. The dedication of the staff truly stands out, especially Adriano, whose kindness and constant attention to guests’ needs made the stay exceptional. Best stay during our entire holiday in Albania! Cozy, modern and clean room, amazing views AND perfect breakfast. Highly recommend this place! If you are staying here - you should probably take a taxi up the mountain as it was quite a struggle with the luggage (well worth it though)
