Very great accommodation with beautiful view of Qeparo Bay. The outside area of the accommodation is beautiful and made with a lot of love. The rooms are new and modern! The breakfast buffet is small but good. The hosts and staff are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a small problem that was solved immediately. The dinner is very tasty and homemade. Thank you very much for a great time! Maybe see you next year! Chris & Miri

I absolutely loved the view of the whole land and seascape from the high balcony,the commodity,the host's welcoming and friendly nature as well as the food they prepared.We were able to check in as soon as we arrived at the appropriate time.The rooms were excellent,clean and very comfortable.The area was quiet and it gave me a chance to truly relax.This experience was truly a breath of fresh air.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The hosts were very kind & friendly. Directly opposite the apartment is a bar/café and grocery shop run by a lovely family who were also very welcoming. The walk down the steps to the beach takes less than 5minutes and is really beautiful.

The property was clean and well maintained.It’s perfect for families especially if you have a young child as you have all the facilities that you need from washing machine to kitchen appliances.Tha area was very quiet and close to everything.Beach was 5-10’ minutes drive market was 5’ minute walk.I’m very happy for the choice that we make to stay there for our holidays.Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional people Ms. Ksanthipi and her two children Nikkos and Konstantina. Hard working people, very hospitable, friendly and very responsive to any demands. Nikkos was so kind to help us carry all our stuff. We were very lucky with this booking. The house was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, basically a new house. We were the third guests staying at their place. Location right by the sea. The view is stunning. It couldn't get any better than this. Highly recommended.

Qeparo is a charming little village with a lovely "shetitore" (promenade) perfect for evening walks along the beach. The village stretches along the coast, offering breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters, though you'll need to walk a few steps to reach the shore. We had no trouble finding a sunbed without reservations, and the food was delicious and fairly priced—highly recommend restaurants Poseidon and Te Stefi! The only downside was the lack of trash bins along the promenade, which left the walking path a bit messy. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Overall, a peaceful, beautiful spot with great food and friendly vibes.

A great base if you have a car to visit other places.

A great base if you have a car to visit other places. We drove down to Sarande and Ksamil. Both really enjoyable. Make an effort to drive up to "Old Queparo" in the mountains. It's only a few minutes drive but a different world in a practically abandoned village with just a handful of residents but a wonderful bar/restaurant ! The monastary behind Borch is also worth the climb. It was just us and the goats that live inside. Brilliant.

We loved it here.

We loved it here. The village was authentic and the people were friendly. It was so laid back. If you want a room, beach days and great food, stay at the old bakery, spend your days on the beach and eat at the veranda in the evenings . We wished that we would have booked for longer

Qeparo, on the Albanian Riviera, offers a charming coastal...

Qeparo, on the Albanian Riviera, offers a charming coastal vibe that feels untouched compared to other Albanian beach towns. The views from the old village are stunning, especially at sunset, and the clear waters at the beach were perfect for swimming. I dined at a cozy local restaurant right by the sea, which served fresh seafood and traditional Albanian dishes—worth a visit. I came across Qeparo while browsing AlbaniaVisit.com, a website I discovered while searching for authentic places to explore in Albania. Getting around was manageable, though the winding roads can be tricky if you're not used to mountain driving. I'd avoid peak season (August) on my next visit, as it got a bit crowded. Overall, Qeparo is a lovely spot to unwind and soak up authentic Albanian charm.

Tiny town but has everything you need may need, restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, Bakery and nice beach. Part of th Beach is private and there is also public beach. Tricky to move walking as there is one main road full of cars without pedestrian path. No ATM and in most of the places you need pay by cash.

Not necessarily the most charming place, due to the random development, traffic and lots of rubbish (no recycling). Upper Qeparo, on the other hand, is a beautiful village with lovely olive groves and stone houses (albeit most of them abandoned).
