Absolutely amazing! The room was clean, very comfortable beds, strong wifi, spacious bathroom with warm water anytime. Stylish rooms and equipment. The breakfast was very authentic and tasty and we also had a dinner there and it was amazing. The staff was helpful and so nice, they helped us to park in the strong rain even if there were not enough parking spots. Our best experience in Albania so far!

It was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat. The personnel was very welcoming, breakfast was great and they also offered us free parking. We will come back.

This beautiful new hotel is tastefully designed, with spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, overlooking the stunning Berat Castle and the charming old houses with their thousands of windows. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome.
