This place is newly opened and you can really see the attention to detail everywhere—from the decor to the cleanliness. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Very clean and comfy room. Exactly like in the pictures. Very Quiet. Room size very big! Beds very comfy and the curtains are dark which is rare in Albania. The lovely staff were so nice and helpful. Just couple of minutes walk for the Bazar and castle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enma Rooms. Our room was newly renovated and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from the famous Kuja Bazaar, and from there, it's an easy stroll up to the castle. There's also a parking spot available if you're traveling by car. The host, Bamir, was incredibly friendly and even joined us for a late-night chat on the hotel's rooftop, which offers stunning views. I highly recommend watching the sunset from up there! We would definitely come back.

The Castle Museum and Ethnographic Museum are must-visits, there’s so much history to discover. Rain or shine, it’s worth exploring, and on clear days, head up to the shrine on the hills for a stunning view over the entire Krujë valley.

Kruje is charming and small.

Kruje is charming and small. You don't need more than half a day to walk through bazaar and explore the castle views and museums. You could stay longer if you are planning to do hikes in the area which we didn't have time for. It is a charming small town with great views and a nice bazaar.

Krujë is a lovely spot with both cultural and visual appeal.

Krujë is a lovely spot with both cultural and visual appeal. One day is sufficient to see what there is to experience. I stayed an extra day because I had work to do online. Be warned, this is a mountain down so you will be doing a lot of up and downhill walking. Reconsider if you have mobility issues.

Lovely and clean place.

Lovely and clean place. Though quite small, there's plenty to explore - picturesque Bazaar under the castle with loads of lovely souvenirs where everyone is sure to find something to their taste and budget. Pretty restaurants and places of accommodation. Small shops but well stocked with things you might need. Shop owners and people working in restaurants speak decent English and the menus are available in both Albanian and English. The grounds of Krujë Castle don't seem to be large but there's a lot to explore and admire. You can walk among the romantic ruins, relax and enjoy the vista. If you venture out in the countryside, you can walk in olive groves among grazing sheep, goats and cows and if you are lucky, you can meet a local riding a donkey. If you love hiking, there's Krujë mountain. The best thing about Krujë is undoubtedly its location with stunning views - and that was what we loved the most about the place!

I love the peaceful layout of the castle area and recommend the Ethnographic museum showing the way people lived from medieval times. The hiking trail up Kruje mountain was steep but there was a good zigzag track, and spectacular views. There is an interesting site at the top with lighted caves and a shrine to a Bektashi hero. This can also be reached by car along the mountain road. I liked to eat at the Horizont cafe on the mountain road with wonderful views of sunset over the sea.

Spectacular little town looking over a flat basin between the coast and mountains. Two new and interesting museums in the castle. Great shopping bazaar. Plenty of great restaurants. Worth staying 2 days to explore.

This place is magic. Spacious and comfortable modern room and bathroom. Well equipped with amenities and the terrace and view is fantastic, sadly we only spent 1 night. The owners are fantastic, the breakfast ist plenty and delicious and they assist with parking if needed. And only a short stroll to the castle.Thats the place to go when in Kruje!
