I couldn't have enough with the location, the nights with skies full of stars, and listeing to the nature only, suchca great experience! The owner is an amazing lady always there for any little need one would have, fantastic typical home that it is made with great love and dedication. Breakfast? The most delicious and genuine one, served in the beautiful garden. Tips : The road to reach the house is bad for few meters , so make sure to drive slow or ideally to have a SUV, we were disappointed with the restaurant which is near by , Vitoria, rude service and disgusting food. Permet has other excellent options of places where to eat. Anyhow these have nothing to do with the Stone House, which is a little gem. Thanks for the hospitality!

Our one-night stay at this charming mountain apartment was nothing short of excellent. Responsiveness and Communication: From the start, the host's responsiveness was top-notch. Communicating via WhatsApp, we easily arranged a late check-in, and the option to pick up the keys from a lock box added extra convenience. Apartment Amenities: The apartment was well-equipped for a short stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the washing machine was particularly useful during our trip. The space was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and ease. Location: The location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute drive from the hot baths and the town of Permet. It’s also very close to several rafting agencies, making it perfect for adventure seekers. Additionally, there is a Bar Restaurant Alvi, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Although we didn’t have the chance to try it ourselves, it has good reviews and offers a lovely view over the Vjose River. Parking and Outdoor Space: We appreciated the dedicated parking place. The outdoor space, with comfy poufs and a stunning mountain view, was a perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast. Before we checked out in the morning, we were warmly greeted by the host's mother. She collected the payment and even gave us some delightful gifts, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, the combination of responsive hosting, excellent amenities, and a prime location made this apartment a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying a cozy and convenient home base.

If someone is looking for a home-like environment, peace and warm and friendly hosts, this is definitely a great choice. I was looking for accommodation near the meanda of the river Vjosa and this place had excellent reviews until I thought it couldn't be true. As it turned out, the reviews fell even further short of reality. I arrived at the place at almost dark, but the local lady was already waiting for me and took me in right away. I was staying alone, but the apartment is perfect for a whole family or two couples - two separate rooms and a kitchen gives enough space for 4 people. And the terrace in front of the apartment with the possibility of a wonderful view is uncrowded. Add to that the incredibly helpful hosts who went out of their way to meet my every need. I ordered a classic local dinner before I arrived and I must say I had a great time. I left a small tip when I paid, but the hosts felt it was too much so they made me a fantastic breakfast for free in the morning and the host and I had a great conversation via google translator and I got a local specialty to go. I highly recommend this place - not only is the scenery beautiful, there are many interesting places to spend free time in the wider area, but the hosts are great and even more so than usual in Albania. I plan to come here at least one more time and not alone, but also with my family and for more than one, as now I was only here for one night and alone as part of a trip.

Beautiful location with mountain views. The room was exceptionally clean with a nice modern decor and a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries provided. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed on the patio. The staff were helpful and polite. Only a short drive to the thermal pools. Would highly recommend.

Super clean and VERY white!. We loved the friendly host and the location. Plenty of free parking for our rental car, and just a short walk to the main square. They have a small shop in the bottom of the building.
