Thanassis is the greatest host, warm, friendly and accomodating. His somewhat remote place rewards you with new and spotless rooms, great views, a fantastic breakfast with local products and otherworldly serenity! Was there with my adventure bike, stayed for two nights and when I left, it felt that I was there for a whole week. The last 2,7 kms to Bujtina KOEL are off-road (starting from St. Mary's church in Labovë), but are manageable even with a normal car if you are careful. Just follow the blue signs to Bujtina KOEL. If you miss the first one, as you will be coming from the West into the village of Labovë, turn left when you face the church in front of you. This is a beautiful family run hotel provided us with the best Albanian hospitality! (We felt like royalty!) a great pool area with comfortable sunbeds and spotless hotel. Incredibly clean and lovely tasteful decor throughout. Lots of lovely plants around the hotel. Welcome drink provided on arrival. We actually felt like family by the end of the trip and felt sad to leave. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. I was poorly during my stay and we extended the trip. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and even delivered ice cold water to the room and offered to take me to the local hospital. We are so glad we found this treasure to stay! Taxi to the town were easily arranged with staff or lots of parking spaces available if you are driving. Short journey to Gjirokaster old town - which is stunning! There is a local shop to purchase the essentials on the grounds too. We are already planning our trip back next year! Must mention breakfast is also fantastic with amazing coffee. Highly recommend! 5*****

The location is great. The bungalows are nice and comfortable, the bathrooms clean and top, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is marvellous. The personnel is nice and listens to you. The manager Nina is a maestro in organising everything for everyone all the time. The restaurant offers quality food

The houses were neat, clean and charming. The whole farm and the surrounding area is nature itself. If someone likes communing with nature and animals, I think this place will meet their expectations. The whole family that runs the place was wonderful. We got a delicious dinner and breakfast made with fresh and local ingredients by the owner's mom. I heartily recommend.

The place is phenomenal. In the heart of beautiful Albania A breathtaking view. the sunset and a sunrise that's hard to explain. It's a shame we only stayed one night. A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!
