Just wow! From the moment you enter you are greeted with friendliness and feel very welcome. Blair and Lela were super friendly and hospitable. The chalet itself is incredible. Very new and feels luxurious. A great place to stay after a long day of hiking. The views are amazing. Lela made the food all by herself and it tasted amazing. We had a great time staying here and we would recommend it highly to anyone. The owner took a lot of effort to guide you to the chalet from the trail. Just follow the wooden signs that he placed (even if it looks they are not pointing towards a trail) and eventually you will find some more signs pointing you in the right direction.

The staff was adorable, the food was good, in good quantity and for a fair price. The rooms were quiet and comfy, with a great view. A nice little terrasse in the back to have a drink of your own. Well located next to the only small shop around and close to the river bathing area. Would highly recommend

We had a superb stay at Villas Jezerca. The host is a kind man and went out of his way to help us. The cabin is renovated to a high standard - the bathroom was particularly swanky! I’d also recommend the food, which is local and fresh. Highly recommended and just what we needed after a long hike.

This is a very nice place to stay, with the charm of a cute little farm. The family is extremely welcoming, and the daughter’s English is phenomenal. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, the beds were very good, and the dinner was both tasty and affordable. The man of the house can even drive you to the starting point of the Valbona–Teth hike for a fair price, which saves you a two-hour walk over a dry riverbed. All in all, this was one of the most charming places we stayed during our 14-day trip through Albania. Highly recommended!

Guethouse Mountain was exactly what we were looking for: authentic, private, and peaceful, with a beautiful location in the mountains. There was a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony, where we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We had fresh eggs from the property’s own hens for breakfast . Our host and the rest of the family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the host spoke good English. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable, firm beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Dinner could be ordered in advance, and it was possible to get sandwiches for hiking. All in all, a perfect place to enjoy the peace and nature of Valbone.
