The amazing staff. Every one of the staff strive to make you welcome and go out of their way to be polite and helpful. The location is great for Dubai parks, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Food and breakfast in particular is worth every penny. Exceptional value for money.

My family and I booked 4 days 3 nights at Lapita this past January. We were blown away by the hotel, the surroundings as well as the service we received. All the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable. The shuttle service they provided from the hotel to all the parks made us feel like VVIPs. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. And the food! Special shoutout to all the restaurant & kitchen staff, specifically Chefs Ratish & Euis for the delicious breakfast spreads. They personally came to the tables and asked for feedback and those feedback was implemented immediately at next day’s breakfast. My dad had jokingly asked for Rendang and we were completely surprised when the chefs served us exactly that the next morning. We were extremely touched and humbled. On our check out day, we were served special dishes and cake! It was definitely a stay that we would never forget. There is no doubt that we will definitely come back here again and we 100% recommend anyone to stay at Lapita. 15/10 rating!

There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!

A lot of activities. Food, view shattle bus Personel was great! Bam from Nepal was very helpful or guy from restaurant who looked exacly like Dev Patel from Newsroom who always made outstanding job.
