I have to change the booking and they did it for free. Room was upgraded and extended for more hours as a courtesy. Break fast is good and feeling. Clean Toilet and Room. Highly Recommended.

I would like to compliment your staff, Jennifer, Ashish and Alex for helping me and my family during our stay on 13-14/2/2024. Them was so kind and patient in helping us to care for our belongings. Ashish went an extra mile to assist us to carry all our belongings to a little further area as our driver was unable to pick us up nearby. He was such a gentleman that he left us feeling satisfied with his good service. Truly a gem to be having him around. Thank you for the hospitality. My family and I truly appreciated it.

Booked this hotel last minute for a one night stay as my flight back home was from Abu Dhabi. Didn't do much research online and when I arrived at the hotel I was highly impressed by it and my room was amazing. I'm so disappointed I couldn't stay longer and enjoy the other facilities and discover the hotel further. I will keep it in mind for any future visits.

Arrived at 4pm but the room is not yet ready, we check in...

Arrived at 4pm but the room is not yet ready, we check in almost after 1 hour of waiting , then the owner called me at 10am for check out because the next guest aleady arrived & waiting, he said if the guest booked for 1 day the check out is at 12am. I told him the standard check out is at 12pm not 12am . He said this is the rules in the UAE. 😇 I replied to him No, this is not true, then we're hurry to prepare then transfer to other hotel. Anyway, my family liked the room because it is big & clean.
