All was good, the room was comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and polite. We really appreciate Jessie, who helped us during check-in — it was super fast, and we were able to enter our room earlier. We are also thankful to the front desk manager, who was very kind and attentive to our comments regarding the room service.

Perfect location for a stay in Al Ain. Ask for a room away from the road as it's 4 lanes of fast moving traffic and very noisy. At the rear though you cannot hear the road. There are nearby shops, cafes, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The stag are really helpful.

I enjoyed the stay and everything was wonderful and excellent, and the staff were very helpful and provided meeting our requirements at all times, and the area was also very excellent and close to tourist places and shops.
