We had a great stay at this hotel, and we especially want to thank Regine at the front desk. She is by far the best receptionist we’ve ever met – always smiling, kind, and truly attentive. She made sure we had a beautiful room and did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks to Regine, our stay was even more enjoyable. Good location with friendly staff + a reasonable price Our stay was great. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with the amazing view of Khaled lagoon & city skyline. The hotel provides free drinking water & toiletries that they add to and change towels without reminders. And upon request, bring other things such as a dental kit, slippers, bathrobes, and etc. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Very easy to get taxi. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, a cinema & restaurants near by. And even inside the hotel, the food is good & tasty, you can go to the hotel restaurant or order room service, food was nice & tasty, service was fast. But what made our stay experience in the hotel really great was the hotel staff: restaurant staff, housekeeping & reception staff that are very friendly, kind, & helpful. My special thanks to Laith in reception & duty manager Victor who were always welcoming & accommodating, and did everything possible to satisfy my needs, that made me feel really special. I am totally satisfied with the hotel & definitely will be back again soon.
