I loved the location and ambience . The staff are all warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble from the room chambermaids, to the room service/dining. The reception are all friendly, professional and efficient and the welcoming team (I must mention Hussein who was lovely and always had a smile on his face) and the men that drive the buggies are polite, friendly and well informed- I really can’t complain! Thank you for marking my birthday - a lovely touch. The rainforest experience is something you must try and the gazelles and camels wandering about is mesmerising! The space is great, with all the rescue animals wandering around the receptionist giving a good brief about the dos and don't. They share a pamphlet with details of the attractive provided, which was handy. Lots of things to choose to do,if staying for longer period. The place is well maintained. The staff is good and attentive. The food was tasteful and good portion. Had a good time with my dog. The food and drinks menu has a decent variety to choose from.

I like the swimming pool, it was awesome stay even the rooms are very good for a family. Owner is a good person who was helping me to book through the app due to some issues in my bank.
