I would like to highly recommend this hotel, which is located right inside the airport. I arrived in the middle of the night, after a canceled flight, tired and nervous. There were a lot of people, but the staff worked wonderfully, with kindness and patience. After waiting in the line and waiting some little more in the sofas I got a great room that was everything one needs in a day of flying. Comfortable bed, everything is clean, I would give a score of 10/10, there is a kettle and delicious chamomile tea. Masterful silence,good lights, and when you want to sleep total darkness. Nice shower, the water comes out a little when you shower but there are plenty of towels. Nice and clean towels. In terms of the staff, I would like to mention those who helped me, their names are Rifa and Eain. Everything they do was done with kindness, with a smile, with patience. People who know how to give good service are an asset to such a place. Mainly when it's very busy. Worth every penny. And it is not cheap.

The rooms were very clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. the hotel overall was very clean and modern. All the staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. The receptionists, night porters and security personnel were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. There is a lovely restaurant next door that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and has a wide variety of food on the menu. Located less than 5 minutes from a small mall that had everything you needed and there was a 2 minute walk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; free shuttle was dependable and on time; room was clean and enjoyable; bed was super comfortable with nice fresh linens; bathtub was great for relaxing after a long trip; and the environment was completely quiet when I was there and needed to sleep. I loved everything about this place. The beautiful design, the cleanliness, the service. I’m a formula one fan and wanted to try this place to get the vibe. It’s worth noting that it’s really vibrant and lively so if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind this is not the best option. We stayed at the hotel with my family in November this year, and we are so glad we chose this place! The hotel is absolutely charming, with a wonderful staff who are attentive and helpful. Our room was huge, and it was cleaned every day. A particularly sweet touch was that they even placed rose petals on the bed, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We opted for the Half-Board option and were very satisfied with the food – there was a great variety, and even the pickiest of us had plenty to choose from. The hotel grounds, though not large, are very well-maintained and clean. We spent a lot of time in the large parks of Abu Dhabi and even managed to make a trip to Dubai, so we didn’t get to explore all the activities and entertainment within the hotel itself. The shuttle service to Yas Island and major attractions in Abu Dhabi was extremely convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and we will most certainly return ourselves!
