My stay at the Glima Eco Lodge was an amazing choice and I wished I could spent more time here. Roshani and her husband are such an inspiring and lovely couple. They treat you like you re a part of their family and serve you one of the best food I ever had in my LIFE! The Eco Lodge is so beautiful, it’s very clean and so cozy. The lake is infront of you and you can hear beautiful sounds of birds. The fireplace and the environment is so relaxing and you have the space only for you! We loved everything about Nature House. The staff were incredibly friendly and service-oriented. The rooms and general facilities were spotless. The location was ideal and the food delicious. It was quiet and we enjoyed seeing sunbirds, leafbirds, koels, tailorbirds, and many more bird species while eating meals. And with all this the price was very reasonable. Their safari service to Udawaldawe was excellent with a driver who had a great eye for birds and natural history and good knowledge.

Sandeep is a fantastic host, and the new accommodation is beautiful. The small huts are very spacious and modern, with a great view of the garden. Sandeep even organized the safari for us – a perfect stay!

It was a pleasure to stay at Leel's Safari Cottage! Leel, Nameli and Leel's Mother are such heartful persons, we had a lot of fun together! The rooms are very new and have a nice view to the garden which is wunderful! Make the Safari Tour with Lee, he has very good knowledge, and gives his best to give you the most special experience. He showed us so many animals! Also the food his mother and wife are cooking is very delicious! His taxi driver sameera is also great.We highly recommend this place, and hope we come back soon! The cottage is nice and beautiful. The owner er very nice and kind - he also offers safari tours in a jeep. He knows a lot about the animals and REALLY puts an effort in to it. The food is delicious and huge portions. You can see animals in the garden, sometimes monkeys and leguana. :-) I would recommend to take a/c room.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful during our stay. The room size is quite large compared to most of the other accommodation we have stayed at around Sri Lanka. The pool was a really nice bonus to have after a morning safari. The location is a little bit out of town but that was our preference since it was so close to the park entrance.
