This was a fantastic find, Christian’s attention to detail was unbelievable. He greeted us warmly, was extremely polite and provided drinks and snacks when we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was a feast for the eyes, many different pastries, cakes and breads with juices coffee fruit and yogurts. The house is crammed with artwork and gave us a fantastic taste of rural Sardinia. We would highly recommend a stay. Thank you for your hospitality

Alessandro is a very bubbly person! He welcomed us very good. He made us feel home and like we've been knowing him for ages!! Even Whisky his cat and Lucy his dog are very friendly 😁The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also good. I recommend staying in his property. My partner and I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at this agricultural hotel, and it truly was a memorable experience. The property itself is immense, boasting a sprawling garden that invites relaxation at every turn. We particularly loved the good-sized swimming pool, complete with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas – perfect for soaking up the sun. There were plenty of tables and chairs scattered around, offering various spots to unwind, and a lovely hammock area where I happily lost myself in a book. The absolute highlight, however, was being surrounded by so many loving cats and dogs. As animal lovers, this added an incredibly warm and homely touch to our stay. Our room was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a charming private terrace. Our host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. We arrived later in the day after lunch, when the restaurant was closed, but he went above and beyond to ensure we had some delicious food, even offering us some delightful homemade wine. His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and cared for. The only minor point was the breakfast, which was quite simple, offering mostly croissants and coffee. If you prefer a more substantial morning meal, you might consider dining elsewhere for breakfast. However, this wasn't an issue for us, and we'd simply suggest to the host that adding a few eggs and some vegetables could provide a more varied option for future guests. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this charming retreat. We would definitely come back! Please note: This is not a luxurious establishment, and if you have pet allergies, it's best to consider other options due to the abundance of friendly animals.

Very comfortable, modern and welcoming place to stay. Walking around town early this morning and seeing all of the street art was a real highlight. Also some good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was great, plenty of everything. Location in a nice area not too far from Cagliari. Lovely host and spoke to us using her translate app. Brilliant.

The place was excellently clean and comfortable with a big bed, a big bathroom, a nice Kitchen to cook, a nice hall and The host was very kind and helpful. The check-in was very easy too. I love Bella Vita apartment😍 very very much 😘
