Friendly, helpful, caring generous hostess. Very clean apartment. Great night's sleep on the very comfortable bed. Everything worked: electric plugs, WiFi, the kitchen. The most well equipped clean place that we have stayed in our 3 weeks, ( lower budget travellers) in Sicily so far. Highly recommended.

We have no words to describe how amazing and out of the ordinary the stay at Masseria del Carboj was! Beyond this special and magical place - there is an amazing team of people who will do everything to make your stay as good as possible! The manager of the hotel is such a lovely person and all day long he is just looking for ways to help you and you that you will feel the best in the world and all the rest of the staff is just as amazing and caring. And the place itself - one of the most special and beautiful we've been to. Just a piece of heaven in the middle of Sicily!! And another important thing - the hotel has a restaurant with a private chef - who prepared for us the most delicious food we ate in Sicily. Everything is at a super high level and the food is special and delicious. There is no reason to leave the hotel during the entire vacation! Do yourself a favor and book a room, you won't regret it

We rested there as a family (4 people), 3 nights. Cool two-story duplex with a balcony! The house is clean and comfortable, in which EVERYTHING is there for living. We had a fantastic time here. Stunning property in the middle of a gorgeous vineyard. Francesco is an amazing chef - do yourself a favour and have dinner here! The food is absolutely delicious and there is so much of it - we were so stuffed we couldn’t eat it all. Everything is made fresh and is amazing. Wonderful friendly service and you can enjoy wine that is made on the property. Highly recommend!!

I was greeted by a very caring host who made it clear she could fix any issue during my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for parking. Breakfast was brilliant: eggs, meat, cheese, and tasty bread.

We have travelled a lot, but this is the very first place where we truly felt like part of the family. Domenico and Gabriella went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is spotless, and what really impressed us was that if you need anything outside normal hours, you can simply text them and they will help you straight away. That level of care is rare to find. The food was absolutely outstanding—far better than any restaurants we tried during our stay. Fresh, authentic, and made with so much love. The wine from their own farm is divine—we are ordering some to the UK! Don’t miss trying their olive oil either; we bought bottles to take home with us. The whole place is beautifully peaceful and surrounded by stunning nature. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. And if you’re looking for a bit of adventure, the 70 years old jeep excursion is an unforgettable experience—we highly recommend it. A truly special place in Sicily that we will always remember with warmth and gratitude
