Anita at Bealkelly Country House is a wonderful host. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. The house is beautiful and is in a picturesque location. We stayed in the Derg and Shannon Suites and had the house to ourselves. Everything was spotless and comfortable. We had delicious scones and tea on arrival and enjoyed drinks in the bar in the evenings. We didn't have breakfast only because we don't eat early. Anita does catering, and judging by her scones, I can imagine the breakfast would be lovely.

The house is great ,the room clean ,bed very comfortable ,the people Gerry and Mary ,very helpful ,made us feel right at home ,breakfast was great for us ,We had a three night stay ,altogether a wonderful experience .

Owner Joe was the perfect host, a real people person that just makes you feel so welcome. Set in the picturesque Bunratty Village, it really is a treasure. The morning after visiting the excellent Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, we are treated to the nicest of Irish breakfasts. Comfortable beds. Well done.
