These are well-designed, well-organised and fully-equipped apartments, surrounding the central patio. All guests need is there, and more. Our visit was in spring, so a little heating was necessary and worked well. But for summer there are nets and blinds on the windows (very useful), and AC. The village is a pretty charming place, as is the inn by the bridge (Hungarian specialities proved to be delicious). It is true that various buildings in the village are closed or under renovation, but the famous (hugely abundant) nature of the steppe and wetlands of Hortobagy National Park are within immediate and easy reach, as are the highly atmospheric stables offering the cart tour/horse show out on the steppe. For those liking that kind of thing, it's a pretty wonderful place, fully enjoyable with such a good base to come back to!
