Really lovely hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace so we are outside as it was very warm. The food is excellent, with a good choice of a La crate or some fixed price set menus. We had the “gourmet” menu and it was absolutely delicious. We had never tried for tree ice cream but it was a great palette cleanser and the coffee sabayon dessert was superb. Breakfast was excellent, with a range of options and plenty of choice.

This place has been like discovering a hidden treasure. Everything about the experience has been magical and perfect. The location is incredible, the room is super comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. However, the view of the river and the mill is what gives it that special touch—falling asleep to the distant sound of the river is truly wonderful! Sylvie, the host, has also made us feel comfortable and welcome at all times, almost like family. We hope to return soon!

Au coeur de Fontaine, a B&B that we will not forget. This is largely due to the extremely nice friendly residents, Cecile and Franc. The accommodation itself is located on a central square where you do not immediately recognize from the outside what it all houses. On the outside next to the fence is a sign with a red heart on which yoga classes are also offered. You already get a little bit of a feeling of what you are dealing with. Once inside you go via a metal staircase on the outside to the 1st floor and further inside via a wooden staircase to the 2nd floor. Everything exudes a very nice atmosphere. The space has a spacious bedroom and a separate sitting area and is very charmingly decorated. The whole house is equipped with various accessories and knick-knacks, we would say. But somehow it just fits. Very nice. We were there at the beginning of July, there is no air conditioning but nevertheless the rooms were cool. The beds sleep excellently. Wifi is a problem, also acknowledged by the managers, but if you are in the right place in the sitting room, there is no problem with reception. The breakfast is more than sufficient, fresh, delicious orange juice and is especially tasty because of the homemade delicious jams from Frank, in which Cecile also has her share. In short, you lack nothing. Cecile, as a driving force, and Franc are very nice people who do their utmost to make the guests feel comfortable. Very accessible and interested. You can regularly hear Cecile singing and whistling through the house. In short, being with them feels like coming home and familiar. Au coeur de Fontaine is like a warm bath where we will come back with great pleasure and especially thanks to Cecile but also Franck, thank you!!

I is a very cute Gite in excellent condition with everything you need and good beds. We booked it in the last moment on our way back to the Netherlands. The owner was very helpful and fast at reacting (we were already outside when we booked). It is quiet surrounding and a charming house.
