The great attention from the staff. We arrived late and the reception was not open, but a monk help us to call the monastery directo to be able to get our room. The director and his wife were very welcoming and attentive.

We found this little hotel absolutely wonderful. The proprietor, Juan, was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was within easy walking distance of a good choice of bars and restaurants, shops if necessary. Many small beautiful villages and wineries in this area, so no lack of things to do, places to visit. Breakfast was a bit limited due to kitchen refurbishment, but always plenty tea,coffee, and breakfast pastries

We received detailed information from our host beforehand, so it was easy to find. Her house is located on top of a hill, so you have a beautiful view into the valley also from your bedroom window! The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
