The service was beyond expectations – warm, caring, and truly genuine. The meals were absolutely delicious, prepared with so much care and flavor. Our ranger was incredibly dedicated and attentive, making every moment of our trip special and memorable. Every staff member we met was kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. This weekend wasn’t just a stay – it was an experience we will treasure forever.

The food was very good also, we had the opportunity to experience the buffet style meals (when the lodge is busierr) and also ‘a la carte’ version, both were great! I want to insist again on the staff and our game drive ranger, they were all wonderful!
