I liked the simple but beautiful decorations, how clean the accommodation was, and how welcoming the hosts were. We will certainly stay there again.

Great place to stay! Everything very clean and all the amenities you need. We stayed in one of the family rooms with kitchen and it had absolutely all you could need. The gardens are beautiful! And breakfast was delicious! We met the chef who had made croissants especially for us! They were amazing!

I stayed at Ikamu's Lodge with my husband and daughter for a week, we came to Johannesburg for a wedding, the place is actually better than the photos. The owner Daivd is very helpful and friendly, the place is very clean, he has a whole team of staff to look after the place. We took lots of good photos of the African decor, while we are actually in the city. There are shops and restaurants just around the corner, free parking is available and the electric gate is very convenient to get in and out of the place. The electric blanket and log fire were lovely (we went in the winter, cold at night). We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Johannesburg.

They really made my birthday extra special so I really appreciate their efforts . The kitchen facilities had everything we needed & the chalet was very clean . A big 10/10 from me. The jacuzzi & braai area enabled us to bond nicely cos there is enough privacy for each chalet

The lodge is very peaceful, surrounded by nature. A perfect getaway spot not far from Johannesburg. The chalets are fantastic and spacious with all necessary equipment. We had very warm bedding and heaters for winter, plus a fire outside during dinner. Hastings, the lodge manager was absolutely delightful and so accommodating! He made our stay a very special one! Levy, the chef served beautifully plated breakfasts and dinners with very generous portions. We hiked around the lodge with free roaming animals (blessbok, monkeys, various birds). A truly wonderful experience! We would return in a heartbeat.
