Great open gras field with great Mountain View. Perfect location for hiking, mtb ((e-) mtb bike can be rented on site) and whine tasting. Tent is very cosy and has everting needed. Hot tob is fun. Prepare for cold hot tub though as it takes at least 5 hours to warm up and requires at least a full bag of wood (which we think is pretty high impact for a plunge). This place is really beautiful however not cheap but very nice if you can afford it. It is a beautiful vineyard, and the log cabins are beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Fabulous place. Very private, adorable little cottage nestled under huge mountains. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and respectful. Bergsicht Country Farm Cottages is located on a working farm set 7 km outside Tulbagh, within 130 km of Cape Town. This property boasts views of the surrounding mountains and farmland. 10/10 Highly recommend! We stayed in Ruby Star cottage. Absolutely beautiful cottage with mountain views, Kolkol hot tub, braai area, luxurious bedroom, lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. What more could you need? The attention to detail was remarkable. We will definitely be back!(7
