The view was amazing and the tents were really large and comfortable. Equipment for cooking and braai were all there. It was just an overall great experience to stay at an accommodation like this.

Located in Addo, Charihandra Game Lodge features free WiFi throughout, air conditioning and private parking is available on-site. Guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor pool. We liked our lodge and its setting. The afternoon game drive was great especially seeing the giraffes close up and feeding the lovely Lucy. A real treat. We only stayed for 1 night but the facilities were excellent, bar, restaurant, games room and small pool. It was also possible to walk around the area a bit.

Set on the banks of the Sundays River, River Front Estate offers self-catering accommodation in Addo. Addo Elephant National Park is 13 km away. Free WiFi is available . Lisa was warm and welcoming when we arrived. We stayed in a beautiful chalet overlooking the river. The view was amazing, especially during sunset. The chalet had been recently renovated and everything felt new and clean! Tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed. Great location close to Addo Elephant Park. Would definitely stay again!

Located on a private concession within the malaria free Addo Elephant National Park, River Bend Lodge offers luxury accommodation, spa facilities and private game drives. Free WiFi is available. The grounds were really beautiful with cottages surrounding artfully landscaped grounds that were filled with birdsong. The chef was truly excellent and we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. Our park ranger, Paul MacKenzie, was outstanding. He knew the wildlife really well and had many tales from his interesting life. Rafa, one of the elephants blessed us with his presence at the gate on the day of our game drive and were fortunate to spend a lot of time with one of the lions. The Park concession was very good because it gave us long views. In contrast, during our solo drive from the bottom of Addo to the top, there was large bush obscuring views. I found the staff at River Bend to be really friendly and enjoyed my many conversations with them, particularly time spent talking to Jenna. I also enjoyed talking to Gladys, who worked in the kitchen. She and I share an interest in sewing with Shweshwe. We highly recommend River Bend. It is truly a 5 star experience.

Offering panoramic views of the Zuurberg Mountain Range, Camp Figtree by The Oyster Collection features a variety of game drives, safaris and game walks. The views from the tent and the tent itself were insanely beautiful. Little details and special touches made it even more incredible. The service was always on point, both for dinner and breakfast. Best way to relax after a safari.
