Unfortunately, the upgraded room was disappointing: it wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, and there was visible mold on the walls. In contrast, the regular room was perfectly fine — clean, neat, and very comfortable. The overall hotel facilities didn’t look as well-maintained or welcoming as shown in the pictures, with the outdoor areas appearing somewhat neglected and disorganized. On a positive note, the dinner was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay.
