The atmosphere is wonderful, in the middle of a forest, calmness, silence, beautiful starry nights, jungle sounds. The lodge has everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, everything is clean. It is very close, about a 20 minutes drive to Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend to stay here if you visit Big Island. The hosts are so kind and helpful they really put their hearts and mind into this little lodge. The staff was very supportive, we had made a mistake with the reservation, but the staff went over and beyond to ensure we could have the best possible stay, and I did make a world of difference! Great care, support and flexibility, also the structure is unique, and so beautiful it is amazing!!
