The hotel is well located near the MRT station, so is easily accessible. The facilities especially the family outdoor hot springs area are terrific. The staff are very helpful and friendly and understood our Australian English very well. The shuttle service was also very good.

room is clean and comfortable. aircon works well. hotel also has a shuttle service that can pick up/send guest to the nearest train station. went there for the hot spring in room and it was great. bed is king size (i think) so it was great for us since we have habit of sleeping separately.

Excellent location. 5-10 min walk from Taipei Main bus terminal and train station. Very clean hostel and comfortable bed and each cabin has proper blinds which offers privacy. Very friendly and helpful reception.

Hotel was clean, room was huge. We'd requested for a room with 3 single bed and was provided such. Staff were friendly and helpful, provided us with recommendations and even helped to booked the airport shuttle. Venue is a few minutes walk away from the station but quite venue and nice ambience. A few local restaurants around the area so you do not have to worried about having no food for late night supper.

This hostel is just perfect. The cabin bed is very spacious and private. The amenities are great. Fully equipped bathroom and toilet. There's a possibility to do a laundry as well. Every morning, you are served freshly prepared breakfast. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The facilities were brilliant. Staff were really helpful and attentive. The hot spring in the room was a bonus feature. The shuttle bus running to and from the hotel was great if you wanted a trio to the local town or city

Hotel provided free shuttle van to nearest subway station. Friendly and helpful staff. Room are clean and neat.
