We stayed in apartment 14 during the summer. The balcony had a really good view on the highest peaks, the beautiful lakes were 15 minutes on foot, the city center is 3 minutes away so the location is exeptional. It was quiet and comfortable, easy self check-in with clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and everything looked new. We even had our own storage place in the garage for our bikes. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and welcome drinks in the fridge were a really nice surprise. There was a pleasant garden with barbecue facilities that we didn’t use though, as the weather wasn’t great. Since we had bikes with us, we appreciated the possibility to store them in the garage, as well as the vicinity of the Alpe Adria cycling path which lies just a few hundreds of meters from the house. The owner was very friendly and caring, always trying to help with whatever we asked or needed.

Incredible location of the cabin: right in the nature, close to Vrsic pass and the Soca river springs. The cabin is well equipped for both summer and winter. You might wake up and see a deer outside - stunning!

The location is perfect for an overnight stay if you are travelling between Italy and Austria . It looks like it will be a perfect summer and winter base in this beautiful region. We were travelling with our dogs, it was very convenient . Paolo is a very attentive host, always ready to assist if you have questions. He made excellent suggestions about where to go and where to eat. The chalet is like home away from home. Everything is beautifully appointed and perfectly equipped. Will definitely be back. This place is so nice ! Everything is clean and new inside , it’s 5-10 min walk from the lake , jacka the host is very kind and helpful, and so is the housekeeper ! Location is also really cute , we really loved staying there, and would do it again with no hesitation ! :)

Everything was perfect. We found the keys in the key box, there also was champagne and chocolate for welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and had also tea, coffee, sugar, etc. We really appreciated the big living room, which is perfect for a big group, the fireplace (with firewood) and the sauna. The rooms were very clean and equipment modern. We had a very nice stay after a cold and rainy day.
