The room and common areas were more than clean - they were spotless. It was a pleasure to chat with her and I could tell that she has a lot of pride in her place, and it shows. The rooms were decorated very well and gardens were meticulously maintained. Also, since it was over 33 degrees during the day, the air conditioner was worked great and was very much appreciated. Other than that, the location of Povestea din Munti was perfect for what we had planned for our trip. I highly recommend staying here.

We relaxed and enjoyed here. Owners are very nice and kind, helpfull people. They keep this place in order and love, when we came they prepared cofee for breakfast, all kitchen we can use whatever we need, everything we can find. We want to come back as soon as possible!

All of the air-conditioned units feature a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchenette. The units will provide guests with kitchenware. The cabin was cozy and well equipped for our needs. Hosts were fantastic with quick responses. Location was beautiful and about 50min drive from Balea. Wish was staying longer!

From the outside, it’s a simple, cube-style tiny house — but inside, it’s beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail that makes the space feel cozy and inviting. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us, and our dog felt right at home. The view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset — peaceful, quiet, and perfect for disconnecting. One of our favorite parts was the ciubăr (wood-fired hot tub) — soaking in warm water while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery was truly relaxing. It’s the perfect spot for couples looking to unwind. We’ll definitely be back!
