The design is beautiful without being overdone, and it’s full of thoughtful touches—natural soaps, super comfy beds, a filtered water station in the kitchen, and an overall calming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The location is great for exploring the area, though you’ll need a car to get to the beaches and surrounding areas —Arrifana and Monte Clérigo were our favourites, both absolutely stunning. Onsite parking makes it super easy to come and go. Vanessa, Dick, and Jennifer were all fantastic - Warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Vanessa and Dick helped organise brilliant surf lessons with friendly, patient instructors, and Jennifer had great recommendations for live music and places to eat that made our evenings even more special. Breakfast was a real highlight—different every day, homemade, locally sourced and so delicious. You can really feel how much love and care has gone into every part of this place. It’s calm, well-run, and clearly built with heart and purpose. We're already planning our trip back! 🩵

Beautiful views, lovely pool, amazing flowers (in May), very well equipped, comfortable beds. We felt really at home here. Our 2 1/2 year old absolutely loved the house and gardens - the pool has a safety fence around it which is a great feature to help us relax while he wondered around the garden. The location is fantastic, down a short dirt road about 30 mins from Vila Nova de Milfontes. It was so nice to return to the peace and quiet of the house after a busy day on the beach.
